Terms and Conditions:

1. By participating in this game, the participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed with all of the terms and conditions set out below.
2. Prize
1. Each winner will be given a package of prizes, consisting of a Visit (as defined below)(value: HK$90 in total), 2 Longines Master of Hong Kong tickets (value: HK$590 x 2)("Tickets") and a plush horse toy (value: HK$89)("Toy").
2. To receive the prizes, each winner must attend the Visit in person. The Tickets will only be given at the end of the Visit in whatever situation, and winners must sign upon receipt. If a winner fails to attend the Visit, all his/her prizes will be forfeited without any alternative prize and/or any other form of compensation to the relevant winner of this game.
3. "Visit" means a stable tour (for up to 2 persons per winner) and a pony ride (for 1 person per winner) at Tuen Mun Public Riding School.  The Visit will be at one of the sessions below:
   1. 14 January 2017 (Sat) 11:00-12:00
   2. 14 January 2017 (Sat) 14:30-15:30
   3. 21 January 2017 (Sat) 11:00-12:00
   4. 21 January 2017 (Sat) 14:30-15:30
   When attending the Visit, the winner can bring a guest aged between 6 and 17.  The assigned session of the Visit and the Tickets are pre-determined by The Hong Kong Jockey Club at its sole discretion and the winners shall have no rights to demand for other session, admission of other date or seat.
4. The winner may take the pony ride himself/herself or let his/her guest take the pony ride, on the conditions that:
   1. Riders must be age 6 or above and weigh at maximum 120 lbs (the rider and everything on his/her body at the time)("Total Weight"), wear a pair of shoes with flat sole with a 1" heel and a pair of loose-fitting pants, and follow such other reasonable requirements as the officials on site may deem necessary out of their professional judgement (collectively "Onsite Requirements");
   2. Without prejudice to the generality of any other parts in these terms and conditions, each participant acknowledges that the age limit and the upper limit on the rider's Total Weight at 120 lbs and all other Onsite Requirements are for safety purpose, and agrees that where any of such Online Requirements is not followed the entitlement to the pony ride will be rendered invalid and The Hong Kong Jockey Club may refuse him/her to ride on the pony or (if he/she is already riding) stop the pony and request the actual rider to dismount from the horse immediately, without any alternative prize and/or any other form of compensation to the relevant winner of this game; and
   3. Before the actual rider rides on the pony, he/she shall accept and execute the Release and Indemnity (or if the actual rider is a minor, the parent/guardian shall accept and execute the Release and Indemnity), and agrees that if the Release and Indemnity is not properly executed, The Hong Kong Jockey Club may refuse the relevant rider to ride on the pony.
   For the avoidance of doubt, The Hong Kong Jockey Club shall have sole discretion in determining whether a winner and/or the relevant actual rider have complied with all this Sub-clause e).
5. For the avoidance of doubt, any forfeiture of the entitlement to the pony ride (whether voluntarily or as a result of violation of Sub-clause e) above) shall in no event affect the relevant winner's entitlement to the Tickets.
3. If winners cannot redeem the Toy on 10 February 2017 at 4-6pm in AsiaWorld-Expo, the Toy will be forfeited without any alternative prize and/or any other form of compensation to the relevant winner of this game.
4. Participation must be made within the period from 5-18 December 2016 (both dates inclusive), and the winners will be drawn on 20 December 2016.
5. Each participant can only enter the lucky draw once and, if he/she wins, he/she will be awarded one prize only and verification shall be based on the registered Hong Kong phone number and email address. The registered phone number and email address will be used to contact winner for prize distribution, and participants are required to register with valid Hong Kong phone number and email address.
6. Participants agree and acknowledge that the result of the game will be determined based on the participation record in The Hong Kong Jockey Club's servers. Participants' records of transmission do not constitute any proof or record of receipt by The Hong Kong Jockey Club or of the actual entry as received by The Hong Kong Jockey Club. Participants must be aged 18 or above and hold a valid Hong Kong identity card. The Hong Kong Jockey Club reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
7. Staff of The Hong Kong Jockey Club and the advertisement agency engaged for promotion of this game, and their immediate family members (being, spouse, parents and parents-in-law, children and children-in-law, siblings and siblings-in-law, grandparents and grandparents-in-law, and grandchildren and grandchildren-in-law, etc.), are not eligible to participate in this game. The Hong Kong Jockey Club reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
8. Participants must provide a valid Hong Kong mobile phone number for registration.  Overseas mobile numbers will not be accepted.
9. The Hong Kong Jockey Club reserves the right to disqualify (i) any entry with incorrect or incomplete information (including without limitation, phone number and/or email address); (ii) duplicate submissions; or (iii) any entry which has been interfered, corrupted or otherwise damaged.
10. Each participant hereby acknowledges that the security of transmission of information over the internet cannot be fully guaranteed. Hence the participant accepts the risk of sending sensitive or confidential information over the internet, particularly when such are not encrypted, and that the entry may be subject to interruption, interference, hacking, transmission failure or delay. The Hong Kong Jockey Club shall, under no circumstances, be liable for any network, facility or security failure which may affect or compromise the participant's interest.
11. Winners must redeem the Toy on Friday, 10 February 2017 at AsiaWorld-Expo according to the received SMS notification of prize redemption. Late redemption will not be accepted. In the event of late enjoyment of the Toy, the Toy will be deemed forfeited without any alternative prize and/or any other form of compensation to the relevant winner of this game. In the event of incomplete enjoyment of the prize for any reason (including without limitation, only 1 Ticket is used), the portion of the prize that have not been enjoyed will be deemed forfeited.
12. Each winner will receive an SMS notification for prize redemption, sent to the number provided to The Hong Kong Jockey Club at the entry submission. Winners must present the SMS notification for prize redemption with a valid Hong Kong identity card bearing the name identical to the name (in The Hong Kong Jockey Club's record) of the winner notified. Winners are advised not to delete the SMS notification for prize redemption. If the SMS notification of prize redemption is damaged, defaced or lost; no replacement will be issued and no prize will be given.
13. If no SMS notification for prize redemption is presented, no prize will be awarded. Redemption by delegates is not allowed.
14. The Hong Kong Jockey Club shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from failure or delay in transmission of SMS text message, and will not award any prize as a result of any such failure or delay.
15. The prizes and/or the SMS notification for prize redemption cannot be redeemable for cash, nor for resale purpose whether with the intent to make profit or not.
16. The notice in relation to the lucky draw results will be announced on 20 December 2016 via www.hkjc.com and advertised on 23 December 2016 in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard.  These announcements will be made for fulfilment of duty owed by licensee of Trade Promotion Competition Licence, and shall in no event indicate or suggest any second round of game or any re-draw.
17. Both the participant and The Hong Kong Jockey Club agree and acknowledge that (1) they do not intend any term of these Terms and Conditions to be enforceable by any third party pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623); and (2) these Terms and Conditions shall be excluded from the application of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance.
18. The Hong Kong Jockey Club is not the organizer of the 2017 Longines Hong Kong Masters of which the tickets are the prize of this game or otherwise involved in the operation, management, staging, cancellation or postponement of such event, and as such The Hong Kong Jockey Club shall not be held responsible for any matter arising out of or in connection with the event or enjoyment of the prizes (whether in respect of the content, quality or otherwise).  To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Hong Kong Jockey Club does not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damage, loss, death or personal injury arising from or in connection with the use or enjoyment of any of the prizes. The use of the prize by the winner is subject to the terms and conditions of the organiser of the event and the manager of the event venue and any dispute arising from the use of any of the prizes shall be resolved between the winner and the organiser of the event and/or the manager of the event venue, for which The Hong Kong Jockey Club accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever.
19. The Hong Kong Jockey Club reserves the right to use any recorded footages and/or photos of winners for promotional and/or record purpose (including without limitation, organisation of any other activity in connection with this game and/or the subject matter thereof).
20. Entrants into The Hong Kong Jockey Club's premises must take care of and be responsible for their own personal belongings and safety. To the maximum extent permitted by laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, The Hong Kong Jockey Club will neither be responsible nor compensate for the loss or damage to any property nor any injury or death sustained by entrants, and will not pay any compensation.
21. Each participant expressly confirms that he/she has read and understood data privacy policy (which is available on www.hkjc.com/english/corporate/corp_privacy.asp), and agrees that his/her personal data collected from this game  can be used by The Hong Kong Jockey Club (a) in the course of and/or for the  purpose of this game (including notification); and (b) for publishing the results of the luck draw in the notice as specified in Clause 16 above.
22. In case of disputes (in particular, whether clause 2)e) above has been violated), the decision of The Hong Kong Jockey Club shall be final.
23. These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English and translated into Chinese. Each participant acknowledges and agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
