LONGINES Hong Kong International Horse Show Returning in 2026

The highly anticipated LONGINES Hong Kong International Horse Show will make a grand return from January 30 to February 1, 2026, at the AsiaWorld-Expo, featuring a larger scale and more diverse programs. As a strategic partner, The Hong Kong Jockey Club will continue to promote the development of equestrian sports and community in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, and it will serve as a grand celebration to welcome the auspicious Year of the Horse in 2026.

The horse symbolizes vitality, charm, and independence — qualities that will be fully showcased at the LONGINES Hong Kong International Horse Show. This event will provide a rare opportunity for audiences to appreciate world-class equestrian performances and experience the unique charm of equestrianism.

The 5-star International Show Jumping gathers world-class elites

As the beginning of the Year of the Horse, the three-day event will be grandly held. During this time, top riders and elite horses from around the world will gather in Hong Kong to present an extraordinary equestrian competition for the audience.

The Hong Kong Jockey Club Asian Youth Challenge

This event will specially invite young riders from around Asia to participate in this exclusive competition. The aim of this event is to showcase the talents of outstanding newcomers from the Asian region and to highlight the LONGINES Hong Kong International Horse Show's strong commitment to nurturing the next generation of equestrian athletes.

Shetland Pony Grand National

Returns by popular demand again this year, allowing the audience to watch these pint size ponies with their junior jockeys flying around a miniature track at top speeds.

The Hong Kong Jockey Club Musical Ride

The horses participating in The Hong Kong Jockey Club Musical Ride are from the RESTART Programme, which showcases the new beginnings for retired racehorses.

Dog Agility Debut

For the first time, Dog Agility will be introduced to the Arena Programme. Supported by The Royal Kennel Club Competition, this fast moving, entertaining display will give the attendees the opportunity to witness impressive canine performances, adding an exciting new dimension to the Show.

Elevated lifestyle shopping and entertainment experience

The Lifestyle Shopping Village offers a full-day experience that blends lifestyle and leisure for wholesome fun and a family day out, perfectly complementing the excitement of the competition arena. Visitors can explore themed zones including Equestrian Suppliers, Fashion & Accessories, Wine & Gourmet, Interior & Design, and Lifestyle & Leisure. Fashion lovers can look forward to runway shows, while families will be entertained at the Kids Zone with fun, interactive activities. The Champagne Taittinger Bar presented by Cathay Cargo will offer visitors outstanding views onto the Warm-Up Ring, where they will see riders putting their horses through their paces before they take them through to the main performance arena for competition.
