‘The FIVB Volleyball Nations League Hong Kong 2023 presented by China Life (Overseas)’ (VNLHK 2023) organised by the Volleyball Association of Hong Kong, China (‘VBAHK’) and presented by China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited (‘China Life (Overseas)’) is back in Hong Kong after a four-year hiatus. Eight world-class teams will be playing a total of 16 matches, competing across 13 - 18 June at the Hong Kong Coliseum.

The Hong Kong Jockey Club strives to promote the sport across the community. As the Official Community Partner of the VNLHK2023, the Club supported the ‘Jockey Club Volleyball Community Programmes’, students and underprivileged groups will have the chance to better understand the game of volleyball and experience the excitement of the VNLHK2023. Among the initiatives is the popular ‘In touch with the China Volleyball National Team’ event, specifically organised for students to meet and learn from Team China players. In addition, the ‘'Watch and Listen' Volleyball Game’ programmes will work with the Club Sports Programme with Audio-description Service to allow the visually impaired to participate in the China Volleyball National Team's practice and enjoy the matches through professional audio-description services.

The programmes will also extend invitations to students to manage ‘Eight International Sports Booth’, a country-themed game booth at the Piazza during the tournament, with the aim of promoting sport for all and enhancing public interest in volleyball. Furthermore, by collaborating with local schools and the para-community, ‘Enjoy Sitting Volleyball 'As One'’, a series of sitting volleyball activities will be held after the tournament to promote disability inclusion.

The Club will set up a booth on-site with AR interactive game and the appearance of Captain JC to have fun with the public!
