    15. 有關獎賞一：
  15. 遊戲日期：2021年8月19日正午至2021年8月26日上午11時59分（「推廣期」）。條款及細則中，一「日」指推廣期內任何一日的正午至翌日上午11時59分，而第一日為2021年8月19日正午至2021年8月20日上午11時59分。
  16. 推廣期內，每日完成遊戲同時為當日得分最高之100名參加者，並正確地填妥及遞交所需之個人資料，將各獲得冠軍人馬T恤一件。參加次數不限，唯每名參加者（以登記手提電話號碼為準）於推廣期內最多只有一次獎賞一之中獎機會。若多於一位參加者獲相同遊戲得分，則當中越早遞交成績的參加者名次越高。
  17. 參加者可選擇在桌面電腦（視窗和MacOS系統）和流動裝置（iOS和安卓系統）載入參加遊戲，遊戲玩法及規則於任何裝置完全相同，而不論以任何裝置及在任何系統載入參加遊戲，遊戲得分及表格遞交時間均納入統一計算。
  18. 得獎者將於2021年8月28日或之前獲個別手機短訊通知領獎詳情。一切出自手機短訊傳輸失靈或延誤而所引發之所有問題，香港賽馬會概不負責，並且不會補發獎品。香港賽馬會或其服務供應商的領獎通知手機短訊傳送紀錄為成功傳送的有效紀錄。
  19. 得獎者亦知悉和同意，其登記手提電話號碼的部份將顯示於得獎名單上及於本網頁內公佈。
  20. 如發現以任何編寫程式、非人為形式及不合理行為完成遊戲，香港賽馬會保留取消參加者資格之權利，並毋須事先通知。
    21. 有關獎賞二：
  21. 登記截止日期為2021年8月31日晚上11時59分，或額滿即止（「推廣期」）。
  22. 參加者必須為獎賞一之得獎者並可最多邀請其三位同行人士，及完成以下第23條所述之登記方法以領取獎品。該未領取之獎品將會自動被取消並不作通知。任何情況下，得獎者不可向香港賽馬會索取任何賠償。
  23. 每位參加者必須於登記截止日期前依照以下指示完成登記：[1] 於香港賽馬會訂座網站https://www.bookingrc.hkjc.com/onlinebooking/ 完成2021年9月5日之沙田馬場開鑼賽馬日入場預訂及付款（預訂場地必須為公眾大堂「優越」投注專區 / 駿星匯 / 數碼專區 / 數碼專區舞台區 / 露天廣場 / 看台一座公眾投注大堂 / 看台二座公眾投注大堂 / 影視大堂 / 2M花園），完成後會顯示預訂確認編號及收到手機短訊發送之入場二維碼；[2] 於【2021開鑼賽馬日入場獎賞計劃】登記網頁中提交入場預訂確認編號、場地、訂座人數及入場人士之有效香港流動電話號碼（所有同行人士必須包含於單一預訂中）；[3] 於2021年9月5日透過指定之二維碼親身進入沙田馬場參與開鑼賽馬日，方能獲得領取獎品的資格。
  24. 於【2021開鑼賽馬日入場獎賞計劃】登記之每個單一入場預訂編號最多可接納4位出席者，包括獎賞一之得獎者及其最多三位同行人士。所有入場人士必須由即日起年滿18歲。
  25. 每名合資格參加者及合資格同行人士（以登記手提電話號碼為準）於推廣期內最多只有一次獎賞二之中獎機會，及於所有經香港賽馬會網站登記之【2021開鑼賽馬日入場獎賞計劃】推廣項目中只可登記及獲獎一次。如參加者或同行人士登記多於一項推廣活動，則以其最先成功登記之活動為準。
  26. 參加者於【2021開鑼賽馬日入場獎賞計劃】登記網頁中提供的入場預訂確認編號、場地、訂座人數及有效之香港流動電話號碼必須與其於香港賽馬會網站訂座網站中2021年9月5日之沙田馬場開鑼賽馬日入場預訂的資料相同。如有不同，不論何故，一律不能獲得領取獎品的資格，香港賽馬會將不作跟進。所有登記資料一經遞交不能更改。
  27. 合資格參加者及合資格同行人士將於2021年9月9日或之前獲個別手機短訊通知領獎詳情，如逾期未獲取手機短訊通知者請致電香港賽馬會熱線1817查詢。參加者所提供的個人資料會被轉移至服務供應商，以用於獎品換領事宜，並於整個領獎程序完成後一個月內銷毀。所有參加者名單及個人資料將於獎品換領如上完成後一個月內銷毀。

By participating in this campaign, participants are deemed to have agreed and accepted these Terms and Conditions below and undertake to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the course of participating in this game.   3. All participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or Hong Kong Travel Document.
  4. All participants must complete the game/reservation and submit their information correctly and accurately to constitute a valid entry. Participants will be disqualified if they have not followed the instructions or provided all necessary personal details for whatever reason.
  5. Registration entry time is measured by The Hong Kong Jockey Club's computer system, and The Hong Kong Jockey Club’s record shall be final and conclusive. Any entry that is made beyond the applicable campaign or registration period will not be accepted. Proof of dispatch cannot be accepted as proof of submission of any entry. The Hong Kong Jockey Club does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed arising during operation or transmission whether or not as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control, or any other loss howsoever caused.
  6. Prizes are redeemable at designated location within specified hours according to the winner notification SMS text message. No prizes will be granted after the designated prize collection period. Redemption by third parties is not allowed. The exact redemption venue for each prize will be listed in the winning notification SMS message.
  7. Prizes and SMS text messages cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and are not for resale purposes whether with the intent to make profit or not.
  8. Each eligible participant is only eligible to win Reward 1 and Reward 2 once each throughout the promotion period (as determined by the registered mobile phone number).

  9. The Hong Kong Jockey Club reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
  10. The Hong Kong Jockey Club is not the manufacturer of the prizes, and does not accept any liability for the quality of the prizes, therefore to the maximum extent permitted by law of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region, The Hong Kong Jockey Club does not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damage, loss, death or personal injury arising from or in connection with the use or enjoyment of any of the prizes. The use and enjoyment of the prize by the winner is subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier and any dispute arising from the use and enjoyment of any of the prizes shall be resolved between the winner and the supplier directly, for which The Hong Kong Jockey Club accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever. Further, the actual appearance or colour of the prizes may differ from what is shown in the photos.
  11. If a winner fails to and redeem the prize according to Clause 6 above, the prize(s) will be forfeited automatically without notice. Under no circumstance shall any winner or any person have any claim or action whatsoever against The Hong Kong Jockey Club.
  12. The Hong Kong Jockey Club reserves the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  13. In cases of disputes regarding the Terms and Conditions, conduct, results and all other matters relating to this registration, the decision of The Hong Kong Jockey Club shall be final.
  14. The Terms and Conditions are available in both Chinese and English versions. In the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the English language version shall prevail.
    15. About Reward 1:
  15. Campaign period: August 19, 2021, noon to August 26, 2021, 11:59am (“Promotion Period”).  A Day in these Terms and Conditions means the noon time of any day within the Promotion Period to 11:59am on the next day, with the first Day being from August 19, 2021 noon to August 20, 2021, 11:59 am.
  16. During the promotion period, participants who have completed the game as the top 100 scorers of the day and submitted the required personal data will receive a Champion Horses T-Shirt. Participants may enter as often as they wish, but each participant is only eligible to win Reward 1 once throughout the promotion period (as determined by the registered mobile phone number). In case the results of more than one participant are in a tie, the earlier the submission of the required information is made, the higher the relevant entry will be ranked amongst such tied entries.
  17. The game can be run on desktop (Windows and MacOS) and mobile device (iOS and Android) and game score and the registration entry time of all participants from all devices and operating systems will enter into the single pool for score ranking. The mechanism and the rules of the game are the same across all different types of devices.
  18. Winners will be notified individually by SMS text message on or before August 28, 2021. The Hong Kong Jockey Club shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, and no prize will be granted after the designated prize collection period due to or arising from failure or delay in transmission of the SMS for prize redemption. The record of sending the SMS (whether by The Hong Kong Jockey Club or its service provider) to winners shall constitute a valid proof of successful transmission.
  19. Each winner acknowledges and agrees that his/her registered mobile number will be partially displayed on the winners list and announced on this web page.
  20. The Hong Kong Jockey Club reserves the right to disqualify participants without prior notice if it is found to have completed the game in any programming, non-human form or unreasonable behavior.
    21. About Reward 2:
  21. Registration will be ceased at 11:59pm on August 31, 2021, or until the quota is full ("Promotion Period"). 
  22. Participants must be the winners of Reward 1 and can invite up to three of their companions, and complete the registration method described in Clause 23 below in order to redeem the prizes. The unredeemed prize(s) will be automatically cancelled without notice. Under any circumstances, winners cannot claim any compensation from the Hong Kong Jockey Club.
  23. All participants should complete the registration according to the following procedures before registration deadline: [1] Successfully make a reservation for selected venues at the Sha Tin Racecourse on September 5, 2021 and settle the payment via The Hong Kong Jockey Club’s venue booking website https://www.bookingrc.hkjc.com/onlinebooking/ (Selected venues must be 1/F Priority Public Betting Hall / Champion Circle / Digital Zone / Digital Zone Stage Area / Outdoor Forecourt / Grandstand I Public Betting Hall / Grandstand II Public Betting Hall / Theatre Zone / Roof Deck @2M), and obtain a reservation confirmation number and receive SMS admission QR code; [2] Submit the reservation confirmation number, venue reserved, no. of seat(s) reserved, valid Hong Kong mobile numbers (including all accompanying attendees under the single booking) at the【Customer Rewards Campaign for 2021 Season Opening Race Meeting】registration web page; [3] Only registered attendees who attend the Season Opening Race Meeting at Sha Tin Racecourse on September 5, 2021 by using the designated admission QR code shall be eligible to redeem the gift.
  24. Each single reservation number registered in the【Customer Rewards Campaign for 2021 Season Opening Race Meeting】can accept a maximum of 4 attendees, including the winner of Reward 1 and a maximum of three accompanying persons. All attendees must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  25. Each eligible participant and eligible attendee (as determined by the registered mobile phone number) is only eligible to win Reward 2 once throughout the promotion period, and can only register and entitle to prize for one time amongst all【Customer Rewards Campaign for 2021 Season Opening Race Meeting】promotion programmes via the Hong Kong Jockey Club website. If more than one promotion are registered by a participant or an attendee, the first successful registration shall prevail.
  26. The reservation confirmation number, venue reserved, no. of seat(s) reserved and the valid Hong Kong mobile number(s) provided by the participant at the【Customer Rewards Campaign for 2021 Season Opening Race Meeting】registration web page must be the same as the information submitted for the reservation for September 5, 2021 Sha Tin Season Opening Race Meeting on The Hong Kong Jockey Club’s venue booking website. If there are any differences, the relevant participants and attendees will not be eligible for the gift(s) for whatever reason, and The Hong Kong Jockey Club will not follow up under such circumstances. No registration information can be changed once submitted.
  27. Eligible participants and eligible attendees will be notified individually by SMS notification on or before September 9, 2021. Please call The Hong Kong Jockey Club’s hotline at 1817 for enquiry if you have not received the SMS notification after the expiry dates. The personal data provided by the participants will be transferred to the service provider for the purpose of redemption of gifts, and will be destroyed within one month after the completion of the entire gift redemption process. All participant lists and personal data will be destroyed within one month after the gift redemption is completed.

  14. The Hong Kong Jockey Club is not the manufacturer of the prizes, and does not accept any liability for the quality of the prizes, therefore to the maximum extent permitted by law of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region, The Hong Kong Jockey Club does not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damage, loss, death or personal injury arising from or in connection with the use or enjoyment of any of the prizes. The use and enjoyment of the prize by the winner is subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier and any dispute arising from the use and enjoyment of any of the prizes shall be resolved between the winner and the supplier directly, for which The Hong Kong Jockey Club accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever. Further, the actual appearance or colour of the prizes may differ from what is shown in the photos.
  15. If a winner fails to and redeem the prize according to Clause 11 above, the prize(s) will be forfeited automatically without notice. Under no circumstance shall any winner or any person have any claim or action whatsoever against The Hong Kong Jockey Club.
  16. The Hong Kong Jockey Club reserves the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  17. In cases of disputes regarding the Terms and Conditions, conduct, results and all other matters relating to this registration, the decision of The Hong Kong Jockey Club shall be final.
  18. The Terms and Conditions are available in both Chinese and English versions. In the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the English language version shall prevail.
