The programme will begin in July / August. You will be notified of the details once we have offered you a place.
After a two-year programme, Graduate Trainees with outstanding performance and potential will be offered a professional role in their assigned departments with the opportunity to pursue a career as an entry-level manager in the Club.

We welcome all high-calibre graduates who are passionate and dynamic to join our programme. Having a keen interest in racing, football, and sports is beneficial, but not a must.
You will go through a development programme with placement in an organisational division and functional attachments within that division. Besides on-the-job training, our structured development programme consists of management mentoring & coaching, corporate training, special projects, and performance reviews.
Our mentoring system offers you support from Club managers who will teach you the ropes and share their work experience. Our HR Team also provides career planning and advice.
During the programme, you will rotate among departments within your division, acquiring comprehensive learning and business exposure. Your future career planning will be a joint effort between you and the Club and will take your interests, career aspirations, performance, and internal Club opportunities into consideration.
We look for people-oriented candidates with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You should be technology savvy, good at analytics and problem solving, and be willing to learn.
We will take around 20-30 Graduate Trainees.
All candidates have an equal opportunity to join the programme and will go through the same application and selection process. Evaluation of candidates will be based on their performance in online tests, assessment centre and final interviews.
You may apply as long as you fulfil our programme requirements. You will need to complete an online assessment, as well as attend an assessment centre and interviews in Hong Kong. We will contact candidates who are unable to attend the scheduled screening process and try to make alternate arrangements, e.g. online interview.
