Terms and Conditions:

1. By participating in this game, the participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed with all of the terms and conditions set out below and undertake to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the course of participating in this game.
2. Prize for the game for each winner is the Hong Kong Jockey Club Community Cup entrance tickets x 4 on 16 September 2016 at Mongkok Stadium.
3. Each participant can only enter into the game once; and if he/she wins, he/she will only be entitled to win one prize and verification shall be based on the registered Hong Kong phone number. The registered phone number will be used to contact winner for prize distribution, and participants are required to register with valid Hong Kong phone number.
4. Participants must be aged 18 or above and hold a valid Hong Kong identity card. Staff of The Hong Kong Jockey Club and the advertisement agency engaged for promotion of this game, and their immediate family members (being, spouse, parents and parents-in-law, children and children-in-law, siblings and siblings-in-law, grandparents and grandparents-in-law, and grandchildren and grandchildren-in-law, etc.), are not eligible to participate in this game. The Hong Kong Jockey Club reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
5. Each participant hereby acknowledges that the security of transmission of information over the internet cannot be fully guaranteed. Hence the participant accepts the risk of sending sensitive or confidential information over the internet, particularly when such are not encrypted, and that the entry may be subject to interruption, interference, hacking, transmission failure or delay. The Hong Kong Jockey Club shall, under no circumstances, be liable for any network, facility or security failure which may affect or compromise the participant's interest.
6. The notice in relation to the game results will be advertised on 12 September 2016 on Sing Tao Daily, The Standard and on Community & Charities page on www.hkjc.com. These announcements will be made for fulfilment of duty owed by licensee of Trade Promotion Competition Licence, and shall in no event indicate or suggest any second round of game or any re-draw.
7. Each winner will receive an SMS notification sent to the number provided to The Hong Kong Jockey Club at the entry submission. If the SMS notification cannot reach the winner due to invalid phone number, the winner shall be disqualified and the Club may at its sole discretion replace with another participant.
8. Winners must redeem the prize in person from 2:00pm - 5:00pm on 16 September 2016 at the designated redemption booth located in the entrance square of Mongkok Stadium on Flower Market Road, Mong Kok, Kowloon. Redemption by delegate and/or late redemption will not be accepted and the prize will be deemed forfeited.
9. Winners must present the SMS notification for prize redemption with a valid Hong Kong identity card bearing the name identical to the name (in The Hong Kong Jockey Club's record) of the winner notified. Winners are advised not to delete the SMS notification for prize redemption. If the SMS notification of prize redemption is damaged, defaced or lost; no replacement will be issued and no prize will be given.
10. The Hong Kong Jockey Club reserves the right to disqualify (i) any entry with incorrect, incomplete or invalid personal information (including without limitation, phone number); (ii) duplicate submissions or submissions that fail to meet the contest requirements of this game; or (iii) any entry which has been interfered, corrupted or otherwise damaged.
11. The prizes and/or the SMS notification cannot be redeemable for cash, nor for resale purpose whether with the intent to make profit or not.
12. The Hong Kong Jockey Club is not the organiser of or otherwise involved in the operation, management, staging, cancellation or postponement of the sport event of which the tickets are awarded as prizes of this game and shall not be responsible for or in connection with the prizes, the sport event and/or use of the tickets, therefore to the maximum extent permitted by law, The Hong Kong Jockey Club does not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damage, loss, death or personal injury arising from or in connection with the use or enjoyment of any of the prizes. The use of the prize by the winner is subject to the terms and conditions of the organiser of the sport event and the manager of the sport event venue and any dispute arising from the use of any of the prizes shall be resolved between the winner and the organiser of the sport event and/or the manager of the sport event venue, for which The Hong Kong Jockey Club accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever.
13. The Hong Kong Jockey Club reserves the right to use any recorded footages and/or photos of winners for promotional and/or record purpose of this game (including without limitation, organisation of any other activity in connection with this game and/or the subject matter thereof).
14. Each participant expressly confirms that he/she has read and understood The Hong Kong Jockey Club's data privacy policy (which is available on www.hkjc.com/english/corporate/corp_privacy.asp), and further agrees that The Hong Kong Jockey Club may use his/her personal data in the course of and/or for the purpose of this game.
15. Both the participants and The Hong Kong Jockey Club agree and acknowledge that (1) they do not intend any term of these Terms and Conditions to be enforceable by any third party pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623); and (2) these Terms and Conditions shall be excluded from the application of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance.
16. In the event of disputes, the decision of The Hong Kong Jockey Club shall be final. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and the English versions, the English version shall prevail.
